Lets Residential is a new company based in West Didsbury setup to oversee the management of more than 60 in-house residential rental properties in the South Manchester area, specialising in student and young professional lets. We aim to deliver a professional, friendly service to ensure that every tenancy runs as smoothly as possible and pride ourselves on the number of tenants that renew their tenancies with us as this clearly reflects the service we provide.
Unlike most of the High Street agencies we do not charge tenants a registration or letting administration fee as all the properties we manage are our own. Subject to satisfactory standard reference checks, the only payments we require up front are the security deposit and the first month’s rent.
